Is this a purchase checkout or a quote request?
This is an interactive rental quote builder. Adding a device does not order it, charge a card or sign a contract. Continue to your quote to prepare a request in your own email app, copy it or download it. A Vlore representative confirms pricing, compatibility, availability and the written agreement before enrollment.
What software is included in the estimate?
The new-location estimate uses the proposed Restaurant Growth plan at $84.95/month for the first eligible ordering/POS device, then $19.95/month for each additional one. For this estimate, a kiosk counts as an ordering device. KDS screens use a separate $20/month software charge and are not counted again for the $19.95 device fee. Go and Compact are payment devices; their software/app requirements are separately quoted, not assumed to be free. Final activation and licensing—including kiosks—must be confirmed.
Can I add devices to an existing Clover location?
Yes. Select “Adding to an existing Clover setup” in the cart. The estimate then shows incremental device rentals and software only; your existing base plan and existing account fees continue separately. We still need to confirm whether the devices are compatible with your current processor, hardware generation and plan.
Are TVs, websites and printing all free?
The 18-month package includes the agreed website build, hosting, maintenance and one monthly update; online-ordering setup; electronic menu-board software; and agreed menu, flyer and business-card design. TV hardware, mounts and players are separate. Physical printing, materials and production costs are yours. The package also includes one compatible kitchen printer and standard wireless-network setup as agreed in writing.
Does the kiosk replace an entire employee?
Not automatically. A kiosk handles parts of order entry and payment, not cooking, all customer service or restaurant operations. The calculator separates the full staffing-cost comparison from a scenario based on paid hours actually removed. Actual cash savings depend on staffing changes, customer adoption, additional technology costs, wages, payroll taxes and insurance. A workers’ compensation allowance is an editable example, not an average price quote.
What costs are not in the cart total?
Card processing, sales tax, shipping, mounts, connectivity or data plans, TV hardware, additional network equipment, printing, third-party applications and unquoted installation or accessory costs are excluded unless added to your final agreement. An approximately $30/month account/statement/PCI program allowance is included for new locations; PCI program charges do not complete the merchant's compliance responsibilities. Online and keyed-in payment rates are quoted separately.
Where do the product details and calculations come from?
Offer pricing comes from the Vlore proposal used for this configurator, not Clover’s public retail pricing. Hardware capabilities are referenced to Clover Kiosk, Station Duo, Station Solo, KDS and Clover’s restaurant overview. Payroll references are the IRS, IRS FUTA guidance and Texas Workforce Commission. References were checked September 7, 2026. Public manufacturer pricing may differ from this proposed Vlore offer.
